What are the benefits of resveratrol?
Is it true that resveratrol can make you look younger?
Well, a great antioxidant which is also good for cardiovascular health, but that's all. After all, Resveratrol Resveratrol is no matter which company is dedicated to sale, provided that the company is reliable and has good quality. You can get at any health food store (GNC, Whole Foods, etc) and many other places, but I would be wary of online ads for it (like "free trials" are almost never free, and you have to get you to pay for it somehow) and all the spammers to answer questions like this and tells you to go to your website. Unfortunately, resveratrol is one of the few high-potency antioxidants are fads at this time and when it is not a fad, there are always people and businesses who take advantage of the popularity and sell their own piece of it. The unfortunate thing is that many of those people or companies make unsubstantiated claims to sell your product faster and for higher prices. The best thing is to get a product like this from a company you know and / or trust. If you would like, I can point out some companies out there if you can not find any in your local area. As you look younger, this is a rather speculative assertion that many of the spammers do, but there is little (or no evidence) that it does. I have heard of many claims and theories that free radicals cause visible signs of aging and antioxidants to defend against those free radicals, but have not yet seen no evidence that free radicals specifically cause the visible signs of aging (especially from those who may come from many sources). I do not count on her to aa help maintain their youth, but there is evidence that daily moisturization helps keep skin healthy and able to minimize some of these signs of aging. Good luck
