Resveratrol Headache

Compounds in foods that reduce blood pressure

There are compounds in foods that reduce blood pressure and provide many benefits health. When the appropriate dose in the right combination, these compounds can sometimes reverse or repair damage significantly from year poor diet and exercise habits.

Do you suffer from high blood pressure? If you do, you're not alone. About 73.6 million people U.S. during the 20 years of age have high blood pressure. (1) About 2,400 Americans die of cardiovascular disease (CVD) every day. And high blood pressure is only a symptom of cardiovascular disease. (2)

But there is good news. Nature has provided foods called functional foods (3) that, when eaten alone or in combination with other biocompounds healing can repair damage to the body caused for high blood pressure and cholesterol levels balance.

As I discussed in previous bulletins, science has enabled us to isolate the nutrients in food functional so we can create powerful supplementation.

High Blood Pressure Symptoms

Hypertension, the other word for high blood pressure do not necessarily have obvious symptoms. Despite the dangerously high blood pressure, may not show symptoms. Some patients experience dull headaches, dizziness or nosebleed, but these symptoms are not always associated with hypertension, and sometimes do not manifest all. In short, there is no early warning system set for high blood pressure, apart from blood pressure readings.

Is there hope?

There are actions you can take. These are just some ways to lower blood pressure …

A diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids may help. In 31 studies on 1356 subjects, fatty acids omega-3 fish oil showed significantly lower blood pressure in subjects with chronic hypertensive. (4) Eating salmon twice a week is a great way to get omega-3 fatty acids in their diet.

Cardio-exercise-exercise that increases heart rate, 3 to 4 times a week, is another great way to control blood pressure. Make sure you are healthy enough for exercise before an exercise regimen. Some good choices include walking, biking and running if you can.

Eat more vegetables and fruits. vegetables and fruits contain nutrients that help balance the body. The fiber lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, and the choice of these foods that lower blood pressure can meet the food cravings defendants who are bad for you.

And to really get the benefits of foods that lower blood pressure, use a resveratrol and coenzyme Q10 supplement.

Resveratrol is a compound found in grapes and is what gives red wine its health properties. You've probably heard of studies at news. Harvard Medical School is research showing resveratrol to improve health and survival of mice with a diet high in calories. (5)

Coenzyme Q10 is produced by the body, but in lower and lower levels as we age. However, it can complement. Supplemental CoQ10 has been shown to change the course of cardiovascular disease by inhibiting the oxidation of LDL cholesterol and to maintain optimal cellular and mitochondrial function. (6)

When combine these two natural nutrients …

  • Reduce LDL cholesterol by 50% (7)
  • Relax contracted arteries (8)
  • Increase the power of the heart by 68% in just a few minutes (9)

… and these are just some of the benefits of these two nutrients when taken in the correct dose.

Making changes in your lifestyle now can help repair years of abuse. The body may have on both foods only time. Visit our website for more information on natural resources supplements that can help.

And remember to ask your doctor if you are changing your diet, workouts or supplements.
