Resveratrol How Much To Take
Has anyone tried the resveratrol? Have you noticed any difference?
I have the study of nature that started all the hype here in my hand, and the human equivalent of the doses used would be several pounds a day of things …. So I was wondering if anyone had tried in the much easier find the dose of capsules, and if they had noticed any effect of taking it.
