What are polyphenols resveratrol red wines?

I was watching Oprah the other day and Dr. Oz spoke of the Blue "zones", places around the world in which people live longer because their lifestyles. One thing they talked about how some wines contain an antioxidant called resveratrol true, however did not specify which ones. Anyone happen to know anything about this?
