Is this right for me to take?
I have 13 years. I've always been a little chubby, and I've been struggling to lose those last 10 pounds of fat make me happy. The loss of weight really boost my confidence. If you are 13 you should not take them. I'd recommend seeing a doctor, or better yet, find a program with a focus during the year.
