Why are my periods irregular? Details …….?
I have 38 and have had two children. I had normal periods my entire life. (28 days difference) About two years ago I experienced and took resveratrol. (Extract from red wine) When I had taken him for a day and a half I started my first time. As it was early, so I thought it was the resveratrol. (That's all changed.) When I read, I learned that is also used to regulate menstrual cycle. (Well, non-controlled mine! And I stopped taking it.) It took about 3-6 months for my period to be regular again. After that time my periods have been shortened to about 24 days. But I am concerned that from today the last two periods were 21 days apart. Have I done something to my body taking resveratrol? (That was when all this began). Or is this a natural thing for my body to go through? Please advise.
