When To Take Resveratrol
Can taking too many vitamins?
So I swallow 20 pills a day. They offer a package of multivitamins (5 pills), glucosamine with chondroitin and MSM for joints (6 pills), extra iron (I have anemia), CoQ-10/Tru-Q 10, fiber pills, vitamin B12 extra, extra vitamin D and calcium skin hair and nail vitamins, probiotics, resveratrol, and omega-3. I feel great and I have a lot of energy without caffeine. My skin and hair is very well. When I stop taking the pills, my skin looks and I'm little tired. But a lot of people worry about me because I drink a lot of pills. I have 30 years old, and according to my doctor said my blood tests liver and looks great. He is seen as a test of young blood. I have no health problems at the moment but many of my friends care about. What do you think?
there are some vitamins that exaggerates the CAN (and if it does exaggerate some of them, which could a secondary effect later in life …). but there are other vitamins that you can not overstated. Talk to your doctor and get checked vitmin levels. Must be able to tell if you have much of a certain vitamin.
